Since 2018, he has successfully partnered with SMEs, start-ups, scale-ups, and multinational corporations across the globe, including the UK, USA, Australia, France, the Netherlands, Finland, Switzerland, and Germany. His proven track record as a Headhunter, Talent Acquisition Partner, and Recruitment Lead demonstrates his ability to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes for diverse organisations.

Renowned for his client-focused approach, Daniel thrives on providing a transparent and effective recruitment process. His collaborative, proactive, and results-driven mindset makes him an expert in matching top-tier talent to specific organisational needs. Lead Consultant

Jim has worked in engineering and technology recruitment for over a decade driving common courtesy, transparency and diligence around excellence.

Known for remaining personally accountable to a “non-tunnelled” vision approach, caring about the wider impact of decisions made, which is what makes Jim stand out. He genuinely cares about providing the best possible service and maintaining ethical standards, whilst enjoying the interactions of working with brilliant people and exciting businesses in the environmental, clean technology and engineering space.

With experience as an internal talent acquisition manager for high-tech data companies, system manufacturers and having grown and developed external teams, Jim understands the nuances around internal processes, dealing with agencies, hiring challenges, and building highly functional teams.

Jim is Bristol-born and Cheddar made with years travelling & living abroad. After many slow-travel trips (including cycling the Outer Hebrides, Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way and 6 months from Cheddar to Athens), Jim is back home playing rugby for his local team Winscombe RFC, working on the restoration of the family home and finding as much time as possible for two-wheeled travel.

Recruitment Administrator

Tina brings over three decades of experience in Office Management, Sales Support, Planning, Scheduling, and Financial Reporting. With a career rooted in the Manufacturing and Utilities sectors, she offers a wealth of operational insight and a steadfast commitment to supporting high-performing teams.

Now a key part of the CleanTech Talent team, Tina plays a crucial behind-the-scenes role in ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently. From coordinating candidate communications to managing essential documentation, her meticulous approach and deep organisational expertise ensure no detail is overlooked. Tina’s proactive mindset and calm under pressure help keep the wheels turning across multiple projects, all while supporting the wider team in delivering exceptional client service.

Outside of work, Tina is an active community advocate. She is leading a local charity initiative in Somerset to raise awareness and funds for defibrillators, supporting life-saving infrastructure in rural areas. This dedication to helping others mirrors her collaborative spirit in the workplace, where she is always ready to support the team.
