I was on the lookout for a job when Jim popped into my inbox… I put the phone down thinking “what a nice bloke”. The two jobs Jim found me were for a lot more a year than my salary at that time, with a position a step up the ladder with companies offering exactly what I was after: work/life balance, training and room for progression.
