Hannah doesn't come from a traditional corporate recruitment background, but worked in the media, advertising and marketing industry. Having experienced various markets - sustainability, wedding and audio/visual, she finally landed within the Human Resources function where her passion for people services blossomed. This allowed Hannah to develop her own unique way of working, using her marketing knowledge to her clients and candidates advantage.
For the past 2 years, Hannah has worked as an internal Talent Aquisition Specialist throughout a pilot project developing the overall European recruitment process. This included development of the team practices, the ATS/CRM, the hiring process and training hiring managers on best-practices - all whilst seamlessly sourcing, interviewing and hiring new (and brilliant!) employees for her client.
In her personal life, Hannah is a passionate outdoors-woman, traveller, activist and foodie. If she isn't out hiking with her labrador Poppy (CleanTech Talents very own 'Director of Happiness'), she is eating or cooking food from all over the globe. Both nature and her love of travel have lead her to have compassion for our planet and the living beings who reside on it - this feeds her everyday mission to create an sustainable, inclusive, diverse and welcoming space for all.
Jim has worked in engineering and technology recruitment since 2015 driving common courtesy, honesty and diligence around excellence. Known for remaining personally accountable to a “non-tunnelled” vision approach, caring about the wider impact of decisions made, which is what makes Jim stand out from the typical recruitment crowd. He genuinely cares about providing the best possible service and maintain ethical standards, whilst enjoying the interactions of working with brilliant people and exciting businesses.
With experience as an internal talent manager and having grown and developed external teams, with businesses from Start-up to Corporate, Jim understands the difficulties around internal processes, dealing with agencies, hiring challenges, and growing teams.
Bristol-born and Cheddar made, after many slow-travel trips (including cycling the Outer Hebrides, Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way and Cheddar to Athens), Jim is back home playing rugby for the local Winscombe RFC, a Community Energy Cooperative Board Member, working on the restoration of the family home and finding time for two-wheeled travel.
When times get tough Poppy comes to the rescue.
