Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 DOE

The Role – Head of Product Marketing

You will work with cross-functional teams to identify target markets, conduct market research, and gain insights into customer needs and preferences. You will then use this information to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that include lead generation, product positioning, messaging, and promotional activities. You will be responsible for monitoring market trends, tracking competitors' activities, and adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure our company remains competitive in the marketplace.

You should have a deep understanding of the renewable energy marketing landscape, including digital marketing techniques and tools. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone with a real passion for the clean energy transition and achieving Net Zero.

 

Essential Attributes 

  • Proven effective strategic marketing capabilities on a B2B basis in the energy sector.
  • Experience developing product positioning and messaging for key products and features.
  • A Batchelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, communications, or creative discipline.
  • Excellent understanding of sales priorities and motivations, to ensure high quality support, optimal customer experiences and success.
  • Exceptional writing abilities and outstanding abilities to think creatively, identify and resolve problems and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be a data-driven marketer, comfortable reading and analysing data, using it to inform marketing plans and prioritize investments.
  • Experience and understanding of Press & Regulatory affairs including regulations and compliance with national regulators, industry bodies, and certification agencies.
  • Process-oriented, flexible with change, comfortable working in less-structured growth environments, offering recommendations for improvement.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools including (WordPress, HubSpot, PowerBIf, OKRs and Sales Force CRM).
  • Performance orientated individual with high degree of self-initiative, confidence and energy.
  • A professional and positive attitude, even while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial connections in the industry
  • A proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies for ADMS/DERMS to DNOs and launching SaaS/DaaS Services to Power Sector
  • A strong understanding of distribution grids, ADMS,DERMS and SAS products.
